About Strategic Programs
The Strategic Programs department focuses on the Bank's transformational priorities through several identified initiatives taken by the Bank from time to time to achieve the desired growth and delivery on the GPS strategy and its aspirations.Strategic program entails strategic design and planning, reimagine process journey, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation to achieve set of desired outcomes
AbouttheRole

Role as Project Manager for key assigned signature projects-

  • To create, Implement mission, vision, process design, strategic programming, measurement and evaluation for transformation
  • Will be responsible for designing the framework, objectives, program operations and implementation and monitoring the desired outputs
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute and monitor efficiently the wholesale banking projects for delivering transformation and identified objectives

This is a role with a high degree of visibility and interface with senior leaders

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, execution strategy and resource allocation.
  • Support the execution of project tasks, track progress, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Communicate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
  • Collect , run analytical models and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct risk assessments and support the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Identify and promote best practices in project management and analytics within the team and across the organization.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Leverage project management and analytics software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Role Proficiencies:

Experience

  • Experience banking domain and / or experience in driving change management with experience of implementation of large-scale transformation / business projects
  • Experience in project/program management techniques and methods, change management.
  • Conversant with best practices related to design thinking, driving execution and benefit realization

Skills/Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PPts, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work.
