Role as Project Manager for key assigned signature projects- - To create, Implement mission, vision, process design, strategic programming, measurement and evaluation for transformation
- Will be responsible for designing the framework, objectives, program operations and implementation and monitoring the desired outputs
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute and monitor efficiently the wholesale banking projects for delivering transformation and identified objectives
This is a role with a high degree of visibility and interface with senior leaders |
| Key Responsibilities |
- Lead the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, execution strategy and resource allocation.
- Support the execution of project tasks, track progress, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
- Collect , run analytical models and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct risk assessments and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Identify and promote best practices in project management and analytics within the team and across the organization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Leverage project management and analytics software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

| Role Proficiencies: |
Experience - Experience banking domain and / or experience in driving change management with experience of implementation of large-scale transformation / business projects
- Experience in project/program management techniques and methods, change management.
- Conversant with best practices related to design thinking, driving execution and benefit realization
Skills/Abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Confluence, JIRA) and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, PPts, Tableau, Power BI).
