We're hiring for a Manager - Strategic Programs, Marketing role at Delhivery.
The work includes:
- Owning the marketing AOP and full budget governance (in partnership with Corp Fin)
- Driving cross-functional strategic initiatives across brand, growth, product and creative
- Supporting key launches, website revamps and priority marketing programs
- Tracking performance of key marketing initiatives and building dashboards to monitor impact across channels
- Driving execution of high-priority projects with clear timelines, stakeholder alignment and structured follow-through
- Coordinating with internal and external partners (agencies, design, content) to ensure high-quality delivery of campaigns and assets
- Supporting leadership reviews through structured updates, analysis and program tracking
Looking for someone with 13 years of post MBA experience who enjoys structured problem solving, working with numbers, and driving high-ownership projects.
