Summary:

As a Strategic Program Lead, a typical day involves identifying key strategic focus areas that align with organizational goals. You will develop comprehensive plans to deliver strategic projects and programs, ensuring that all activities are coordinated effectively. Your role includes driving and managing the execution of these initiatives to achieve desired business outcomes, while continuously monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary. Collaboration with various stakeholders and teams is essential to maintain alignment and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to support organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Experience in managing complex programs and driving cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in using project management tools and techniques to monitor progress and report outcomes.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
  • This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
