Role Overview
The Head Business Development, Revenue & Financial Strategy will lead Trzy's commercial growth while ensuring financial discipline, margin optimization, and sustainable scaling.
This role sits within the Founder's Office and combines:

Key Responsibilities1 Revenue & Commercial Strategy
- Own and drive company-wide revenue targets.
- Design and execute strategic growth plans across verticals and services.
- Develop pricing strategies and commercial models that optimize profitability.
- Identify new monetization opportunities and scalable revenue streams.
2 Business Development & Deal Structuring
- Lead end-to-end business development from pipeline generation to deal closure.
- Build strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.
- Structure financially sound and margin-positive deals.
- Negotiate contracts ensuring risk mitigation and profitability.
3 Financial Strategy & Planning
- Build financial models for new business initiatives and expansion plans.
- Drive revenue forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor gross margins, contribution margins, and deal profitability.
- Work closely with finance/accounting to ensure commercial health.
- Improve cost structures and optimize pricing for higher ROI.
4 Strategic Partnerships & Expansion
- Identify expansion opportunities across markets, verticals, and formats.
- Evaluate opportunities through financial viability analysis.
- Structure long-term partnerships with sustainable revenue impact.
5 Founder's Office & Strategic Projects
- Act as a commercial and financial advisor to the Founder.
- Support strategic decisions with financial analysis and scenario modeling.
- Lead special growth and expansion initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 610 years experience in Business Development / Commercial Strategy / Corporate Finance.
- Strong financial modeling and budgeting expertise.
- Experience in revenue forecasting and P&L ownership.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Experience in marketing, media, events, or brand ecosystems preferred.
- MBA / CA / CFA / Finance background is a plus.
