- Support Board Meetings through timely data preparation and analysis
- Pause & Reflect – Core Management Committee Meetings
- Support on Weekly Sales & Service Reviews, Analysis & Update
Data Analysis & Reporting –
- Progress Plan
- Strategy Review
- Budget Plan
- Operational Plan
- Various Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
Other Analysis –
- M&A Evaluation and Analysis
- Export Data Analysis
- Data Acquisition and Analysis of Sales, Service and Operations Quarterly Meets
Other responsibilities –
- Drive Continuous Improvement activities
- Maintain firm & fair collaboration and approach with cross-functions
- Make use of 4Q, 8D, Poka-Yoke in Strategic Planning activities
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering (MBA will be an added advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing sector (experience in multi-cultural MNC shall be preferred)
- Excellent English (written and verbal) Communication Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Language(s) & level: Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada
External & Internal Relationships:
External: Customers, Suppliers and Project heads
Internal: Various Business units of Nidec, all cross functional/departments.
