The Strategic Planning Team is seeking a motivated and analytical Strategic Planning Associate to join our dynamic group. This role is ideal for candidates with 7-10 years of professional experience who are passionate about driving organizational success through enterprise prioritization, resource and investment allocation, and the development of multi-year strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Enable the prioritization of enterprise strategic initiatives. Support the Strategic Planning team and the Executive Committee in gathering and analyzing data to inform prioritization decisions that align with enterprise goals
- Help develop planning scenarios and prepare recommendations for optimal allocation of financial, human, and technological resources
- Support the creation of strategic plans, own maintenance of strategic plans and lead conduct roadmap analysis
- Build relationships within the Strategic Planning & Execution communities and collaborate with cross-functional teams during planning
- Lead in conducting complex analysis, including financial modeling (NPV, IRR, ROI)
- Lead in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate strategic planning deliverables and artifacts
- Lead in continuous improvement projects leveraging process improvement and technology enablement (including AI)
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Working knowledge of utilizing AI tools and advanced prompt engineering to analyze complex data sets, extract actionable insights, and generate high-quality content
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- High degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with initiative and drive for results
