Job Title: Strategic Partner Development Manager

Location: Remote

Working Hours: Preferably aligned with US Time Zones

Role Overview

We are looking for a Strategic Partner Development Manager to build and expand our strategic partner ecosystem. This role will focus on identifying new partners, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and driving joint growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in partner management, growth marketing, and the B2B SaaS ecosystem, and will collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to execute co-marketing and partner-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners to grow the company's partner network.

Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing partners and ensure continuous engagement and value creation.

Growth Marketing Collaboration: Work with internal teams to develop growth-driven partner strategies that help drive lead generation and brand visibility.

Co-Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns and co-marketing activities with partners.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Team to develop partner-focused content such as case studies, blogs, webinars, and campaign materials.

Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create campaigns and messaging that support both new and existing partnerships.

Partner Programs: Support the design and execution of partner programs that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.

Required Skills & Experience

36 years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Growth Marketing roles.

Proven experience working in the B2B SaaS ecosystem.

Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies, lead generation, and partner-driven marketing initiatives.

Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and content teams.

Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work effectively during US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.

Experience in SaaS partnerships, ecosystem development, or partner-led growth models.

Familiarity with co-marketing campaigns, partner marketing, and demand generation strategies.
