About The Role
We're looking for a highly driven and execution-focused partnerships professional to build strategic collaborations and drive lead generation through ecosystem partnerships.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship-building, outreach, and creating growth opportunities through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard strategic partners across corporates, communities, and ecosystem networks
- Drive lead generation through partnerships, collaborations, and outreach initiatives
- Build and manage long-term partner relationships
- Execute partnership campaigns and growth initiatives end-to-end
- Conduct market research to identify new collaboration opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and follow-ups
- Track partnership outcomes, engagement, and lead metrics
Requirements
- 1–2 years experience in partnerships, business development, growth, outreach, or lead generation roles
- Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently drive outreach and relationship-building
- Strong execution mindset with ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in fast - paced startup environments
Preferred
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, startup ecosystem, or community-led businesses
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management, and outreach workflows
