Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to spearhead strategic partnerships and alliances with motor insurance companies. The role involves showcasing our innovative products, driving collaboration, and ensuring the seamless diversion of claims to our network of workshops.
Location - Mumbai/Gurgaon
Salary - 12 LPA
Experience- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, preferably in the motorinsurance or automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:-
* Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with motor insurance companies.
* Showcase VehicleCare's products and services, highlighting their benefits to prospective partners.
* Develop and implement strategies to channel claims from motor insurers to our workshops.
* Monitor partnership performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery for insurance partners.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* A strong network within the motor insurance industry is a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
