- Work closely with internal legal, risk, tech and operations teams to ensure smooth partner integration.
- Lead negotiations on commercials, program structures, and risk-sharing mechanisms.
- Regularly engage with lending partners to drive line allocations, program limits, and business growth.
- Monitor partner performance and optimize engagement to ensure efficient capital deployment.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes and competitor partnerships to identify new opportunities.

- Strong existing network with NBFCs SFBs or Banks is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing and closing partnership deals end-to-end.
- Good understanding of lending products, supply chain finance, or MSME financing.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in supply chain finance or MSME Lending.
- Experience working with fintech-lender integrations or co-lending programs.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
