About The Role
We are looking for an
Account Manager Lending Fintech to own and manage relationships across multiple partner brands. This is not a passive client servicing role, you will be responsible for driving execution, solving operational bottlenecks, and ensuring business outcomes across 68 lending partners.
You will operate at the intersection of
business, operations, and technology, working closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and performance across the lending lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Partner Ownership:
Manage and own relationships with 68 lending partners, acting as the single point of contact
Execution & Coordination
Drive day-to-day execution by coordinating with product, tech, and ops teams for integrations, launches, and issue resolution
Lending Lifecycle Management
Work across onboarding, underwriting, disbursals, repayments, and reconciliation workflows
Performance Tracking
Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, approval rates, drop-offs, and partner-level performance
Problem Solving
Identify operational bottlenecks, escalate proactively, and ensure timely resolution
Stakeholder Communication
Run regular check-ins, share updates, and manage partner expectations clearly
Growth & Expansion
Identify opportunities to improve partner performance and expand engagement
Experience
What We're Looking For
24 years in fintech, lending, or a similar domain
Domain Understanding
Strong grasp of the lending lifecycle (LOS/LMS familiarity is a big plus)
Tech Awareness
Comfortable working with tech teams, understanding APIs, integrations, and product workflows
Execution Focus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders without things slipping
Communication
Strong verbal and written communication, you can handle both founders and ops teams without confusion
Ownership Mindset
You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
Good to Have
- Experience working with NBFCs, lending platforms, or marketplaces
- Exposure to dashboards, reporting, or basic data analysis
- Prior experience in account management, customer success, or program management
