Job Description

We are hiring a Strategic Partnership Manager - Bangalore to lead and grow partnerships with Telco operators, technology partners, and monetization ecosystem players. This role will focus on identifying strategic business opportunities, driving partner-led revenue growth, and building long-term relationships that enable technology and digital solution adoption.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in strategic partnerships, consulting-led business development, or alliance management, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive commercial discussions around technology solutions. The person will work closely with cross-functional teams across product, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to execute partnership initiatives and improve monetization outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with Telco operators, technology platforms, and monetization partners
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities through partner-led growth initiatives
  • Develop joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and commercial engagement models
  • Lead strategic discussions, negotiations, and partnership agreements with key stakeholders
  • Drive technology solution positioning and enablement across partner ecosystems
  • Track partner performance, business impact, and revenue outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership programs
  • Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for expansion and optimization

Requirements:

  • Experience in strategic partnerships, consulting, alliance management, business development, or enterprise account management
  • Proven experience in driving strategic engagements and selling technology or digital solutions
  • Strong understanding of Telco, digital monetization, advertising, or technology ecosystems or OEM.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing senior business relationships
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • 7–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, consulting, alliance management, business development, or enterprise account management
  • MBA and/or BE/B.Tech background preferred
