About Adra

Adra Product Studio is a product and software consulting company that plugs in as a small product and engineering pod for companies building new products, modernizing platforms, or implementing AI-led workflows.

Our work is usually in product builds that involve complexity around workflows, data, integrations, operations, or AI. We have worked across healthcare tech, AI-enabled SaaS, agentic AI systems, multi-stakeholder platforms, marketplaces, and internal tools for operations-heavy teams.

We help shape the scope, design and build the core system, integrate with existing tools, and either hand it off cleanly or continue supporting scale-up.

Job Overview

Adra Product Studio is looking to build relationships with senior professionals, fractional CTOs, product and technology consultants, independent operators, and experienced business leaders who work closely with startups, SMEs, mid-market companies, or founder-led businesses. This is a partnership opportunity for people who are already trusted by companies and often come across product, software, AI, or technology execution needs through their advisory work, consulting engagements, or professional network.

This is not a retainer, generic sales or cold outreach role. We are looking for strategic partners who already provide consulting, advisory, or fractional leadership services and can bring Adra in where our product and engineering capabilities genuinely add value. The aim is to create partnerships that work for both sides: helping you offer stronger execution support to clients while enabling Adra to contribute to meaningful product and technology work.

Job Description

How the collaboration can work

We typically collaborate in three ways, depending on the partner's role, client relationship, and level of involvement.

1. Delivery partnership

This works well for fractional CTOs, technology advisors, product consultants, and senior experts who are already advising clients but need a reliable product and engineering team behind them.

The partner may continue to own the client relationship, advisory role, technology roadmap, or strategic direction, while Adra comes in as the execution team for product discovery, UX/UI, software development, AI implementation, integrations, QA, DevOps, and ongoing delivery.

This allows advisors and fractional leaders to offer stronger execution support without having to build or manage a full development team themselves.

2. Consulting and implementation collaboration

This works well for consultants, boutique firms, and small specialist teams that want to expand the services they can offer to existing or future clients.

This could include marketing firms, SAP consultants, analytics consultants, DevOps teams, business transformation consultants, performance marketing teams, or other domain specialists who see product or technology needs emerging within their client base.

In this model, the partner brings the client context, domain expertise, or consulting relationship, while Adra supports the product build, implementation, integrations, and technical delivery.

This helps consultants and small firms offer a broader end-to-end solution without needing to create a full in-house engineering function.

3. Referral partnership

This works well for senior professionals who have strong networks and come across companies that may need product, software, AI, or technology execution support.

The partner makes a warm introduction to Adra. If the introduction converts into a paid engagement, we offer a success-based referral fee, typically a percentage of the first successful contract value, depending on the nature of the engagement and level of involvement.

This model is suited for people who may not want to be involved in delivery or consulting but can make relevant introductions through their professional network.
