Role Overview
As a Strategic Operations & Research Associate, you will support Impact Beacon's efforts to
strengthen mission-driven organizations through research, operational insight, and structured
execution support. This role is designed for early-career professionals who are highly curious,
detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to meaningful work within the nonprofit and social impact
ecosystem.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support research initiatives, data
organization, stakeholder coordination, and strategic execution. This role offers hands-on exposure to
how mission-driven organizations are supported through systems thinking, structured operations, and
strategic engagement.
This is a flexible, growth-oriented role suited for individuals seeking to build strong foundations in

Key Responsibilities
Research & Insight Generation :
Track trends, stakeholders, and emerging opportunities within the nonprofit and social impact
sector.
Create concise research briefs, scan reports, and presentation inputs to inform
decision-making.
Monitor developments influencing philanthropy, compliance, and nonprofit operations.
Data Systems & Intelligence :
Maintain clean, organized, and accessible databases related to partners, leads, and sector
ecosystems.
Support the structuring of data for dashboards and internal decision-making.
Assist in maintaining CRM hygiene and segmentation processes.
Stakeholder Support & Coordination :
Schedule strategic meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate follow-ups.
Prepare meeting briefs, capture action points, and support timely execution.
Build relationship maps and assist in preparation for strategic engagements.
