Job Description

We are looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented, and execution-driven professional to work as a competent executive to the CMO. This role is designed for someone who understands marketing end-to-end and can operate like an owner in a fast-moving startup environment.

This is not a siloed marketing role. You will be deeply involved in strategy, execution, analytics, operations, vendor management, cross-team coordination, and decision support. You should know what is happening, why it's happening, and how to fix or scale it.

If you thrive in ambiguity, move comfortably between strategy decks and execution spreadsheets, and like having full visibility into the business this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support to CMO

Act as the single point of support and execution partner to the CMO across all marketing initiatives

Translate high-level vision into clear plans, timelines, and execution frameworks

Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership decision-making

Track priorities, KPIs, OKRs, and follow-ups across teams

Marketing Ownership (End-to-End)

Deep involvement across Performance Marketing, Brand, Content, SEO, Social, Email, Partnerships, Product Marketing

Own campaign planning, execution tracking, and post-campaign analysis

Ensure alignment between marketing goals and business outcomes (revenue, growth, retention)

Maintain strong understanding of customer funnels, attribution, and conversion metrics

Marketing Operations & Execution

Build and improve marketing processes, SOPs, and execution workflows

Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech, Finance, Founders)

Manage agencies, freelancers, tools, and vendors

Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met consistently

Analytics & Reporting

Own performance tracking across channels

Create actionable insights from data (CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel drop-offs, cohort analysis)

Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities

Startup-Level Ownership

Be comfortable doing both thinking and execution

Step in wherever required from audits to decks to campaign fixes

Bring structure to chaos and clarity to fast decisions
