Position Name: Strategic Manager – B2B Sales (South Asia)

Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Location: Hybrid (Anywhere in India; preferably Delhi/NCR). Need to visit the Noida office based on business requirements)

Immediate joiners are preferred, given the urgent nature of this requirement.

Role Overview

The Strategic Manager – B2B Sales will be responsible for developing, strengthening, and scaling GEDU's recruitment partner ecosystem across South Asia. This role is pivotal in driving enrolment growth across all GEDU brands by enhancing agent productivity, managing strategic partner relationships, improving conversion outcomes, and ensuring operational excellence across the recruitment lifecycle.

This is a partner-led growth role requiring end-to-end ownership of agent network strategy, engagement, performance management, and enrolment delivery. The incumbent will collaborate closely with recruitment partners, prospective students, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from lead generation through to enrolment and visa completion.

This role is best suited for a self-driven professional with the ability to independently manage a large partner network, drive accountability, and consistently deliver on enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Agent Network Development & Relationship Management
  • Identify opportunities to expand GEDU's presence through new partner onboarding and regional market development.
  • Own and manage the South Asia B2B agent network across all GEDU brands, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned region.
  • Lead partner onboarding, training, product updates, and sales enablement initiatives to improve conversion quality and compliance.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to strengthen value propositions and brand positioning.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with recruitment agencies, counsellors, and partner leadership.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to assess outcomes, address gaps, and drive continuous improvement
  • Represent GEDU at partner events, workshops, webinars, expos, and networking forums.
  • Partner-Led Student Conversion & Visa Management
  • Drive end-to-end partner-led student conversions from enquiry to enrolment through effective follow-ups and support.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of student applications, admissions, and visa documentation.
  • Proactively resolve application, documentation, and visa-related issues in collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Support partners through targeted conversion initiatives such as campaigns, high-intent calling, application drives, and pre-departure sessions.
  • Partner Performance & Pipeline Management
  • Monitor partner performance across the full recruitment funnel: Enquiry → Application → Offer → Deposit → Visa → Enrolment
  • Maintain accurate and transparent partner pipelines within CRM systems and reporting dashboards.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, conversion gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Establish clear targets, expectations, and timelines to drive accountability and results.
  • Internal Coordination & Operational Excellence
  • Act as a key liaison between recruitment partners and internal teams, including Admissions, Marketing, Visa, Finance, and Academics.
  • Ensure seamless processing and execution of partner-submitted applications and visa files.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve operational challenges impacting partner experience or student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise enrolment conversions through partner channels.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B agent management, international student recruitment, education sales, or partner-led business development.
  • Demonstrated success in driving enrolments through agent or channel partner networks.
  • Strong understanding of student application processes, admissions workflows, and visa coordination.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners, pipelines, and intake cycles simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools, and performance analytics.
  • Willingness to travel across India and South Asia for partner engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Agent-led enrolment achievement (intake-wise, quarterly, and annually)
  • Partner productivity and active partner ratio
  • Conversion rates across all funnel stages
  • Accuracy and timeliness of applications and visa submissions
  • Partner engagement metrics (training, campaigns, responsiveness)
  • CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy
