Key Responsibilities
Analytical Support
Support the identification of business challenges and assist in translating them into structured and actionable analytical thought pieces for executive decision making
Collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative data and qualitative inputs to build and support project findings
Contribute towards business cases and scenario analyses to guide prioritization, operating model changes
Support thorough business process analysis to pinpoint inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities
Initiative Execution
Support the execution of key global initiatives under strategy and process‑improvement, as needed, collaborating across functions
Prepare standard presentations, scorecards, and summary materials that encompass key status updates, trends, risks, and opportunities
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, including workstreams, milestones, meeting cadence, and communication approaches
Assist in drive change management and adoption of new processes/tools/operating models.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Support end‑to‑end planning and execution of executive forums, including agenda design, stakeholder alignment, logistics, and follow‑up on actions/ takeaways
Produce executive‑ready narratives and board‑style materials with clear options, recommendations, and implications
Run and facilitate working sessions, decision meetings, and corresponding follow-ups document decisions and action items
Skills & Knowledge
Qualification & Certifications
9+ years of experience in strategic research, corporate strategy, business transformation, consulting, or related roles within financial services or similarly complex, regulated environments
Prior experience working in top‑tier consulting firms and/or internal corporate strategy, transformation, or process‑excellence teams with regular exposure to senior leadership and the C‑suite
Strong command of structured problem‑solving, strategy frameworks, and research methodologies to develop executive‑ready insights and recommendations
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA)
Primary Skills (Must Have)
Good knowledge of investment management/servicing industry
Experience with producing content for and presenting to the executive-level
Experienced professional, eloquent, organized and disciplined effectively work in a globally diverse and matrixed environment
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, meet deadlines and effectively execute in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proactive approach to problem-solving Self-motivated and goal-oriented
