Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic HR support aligned with organisational goals.
- Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organisation.
- Build strong working relationships with managers by providing HR guidance, coaching, and support on people-related matters.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including handling workplace concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and recruitment activities to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with HR teams across the organisation to develop and implement HR programmes that enhance business performance.
- Contribute to HR strategy development and resource planning as part of the site management team.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
- Support HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Good leadership, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
