Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fundraising cycles: from investor targeting and pitch deck design to term sheet negotiation and capital closing.
- Build and maintain dynamic financial models that demonstrate unit economics, scalability, and exit potential for VC, PE, and corporate investors.
- Orchestrate investor roadshows, create tailored decks and one-pagers, and train founding teams on investor Q&A and storytelling.
- Develop and manage IR materials including cap tables, investor memos, board packs, and quarterly performance dashboards.
- Track fundraising KPIs, investor sentiment, and market trends to refine outreach strategy and optimize conversion rates.
- Partner with legal and accounting teams to structure term sheets, negotiateSAFEs, convertible notes, and equity deals while ensuring compliance.
