About the Role
We're looking for a Strategic Executive Assistant to work directly with — an entrepreneur, national political leader, and public communicator — to help drive strategic initiatives across technology, governance, and public communication.
This role goes beyond typical coordination — it's about managing execution, enabling leadership, and acting as the bridge between multiple domains: entrepreneurship, policy innovation, and nation-building initiatives such as Bharat & Its Scientific Glory.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Coordination
- Manage daily priorities, meetings, and communications.
- Track and oversee execution across projects under Think Small Group, and youth-led national initiatives.
- Coordinate between internal teams, partners, and collaborators to ensure timely outcomes.
Public Communication & Media
- Prepare content for TV debates, interviews, and public appearances.
- Draft briefing notes, talking points, and concise media summaries.
- Support social media planning, digital communication, and audience engagement.
Political & Policy Engagement
- Liaise with organizers, institutions, and key stakeholders in civic and governance initiatives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale national seminars and youth programs.
- Coordinate on-ground logistics for events, public engagements, and outreach campaigns.
Research & Documentation
- Conduct background research on governance, AI policy, youth development, and public communication.
- Prepare strategic briefs, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain a structured archive of communication, documents, and key materials.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage scheduling, travel, correspondence, and follow-ups.
- Help streamline decision-making and monitor task completion.
- Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
Ideal Candidate
- Exceptional communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Energetic, resourceful, and able to handle multi-domain coordination.
- Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion, Canva, etc.).
- Background in Management, Public Policy, Communications, or Engineering preferred.
- Prior experience in startups, consulting, or leadership offices is a strong advantage.
