Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a Strategic Executive Assistant to work directly with — an entrepreneur, national political leader, and public communicator — to help drive strategic initiatives across technology, governance, and public communication.

This role goes beyond typical coordination — it's about managing execution, enabling leadership, and acting as the bridge between multiple domains: entrepreneurship, policy innovation, and nation-building initiatives such as Bharat & Its Scientific Glory.

If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment — this is your chance to work closely with a public leader at the intersection of politics, technology, and social transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Coordination

  • Manage daily priorities, meetings, and communications.
  • Track and oversee execution across projects under Think Small Group, and youth-led national initiatives.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, partners, and collaborators to ensure timely outcomes.

Public Communication & Media

  • Prepare content for TV debates, interviews, and public appearances.
  • Draft briefing notes, talking points, and concise media summaries.
  • Support social media planning, digital communication, and audience engagement.

Political & Policy Engagement

  • Liaise with organizers, institutions, and key stakeholders in civic and governance initiatives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of large-scale national seminars and youth programs.
  • Coordinate on-ground logistics for events, public engagements, and outreach campaigns.

Research & Documentation

  • Conduct background research on governance, AI policy, youth development, and public communication.
  • Prepare strategic briefs, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain a structured archive of communication, documents, and key materials.

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage scheduling, travel, correspondence, and follow-ups.
  • Help streamline decision-making and monitor task completion.
  • Uphold confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.

Ideal Candidate

  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Energetic, resourceful, and able to handle multi-domain coordination.
  • Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion, Canva, etc.).
  • Background in Management, Public Policy, Communications, or Engineering preferred.
  • Prior experience in startups, consulting, or leadership offices is a strong advantage.
