Role: Strategic Client Partner
Experience: 8+ Years
Location: Pune/ Bangalore/Chennai/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai
We are looking for a results-driven Client Partner – Strategic Accounts to manage and grow key enterprise accounts within our IT services portfolio. This role will focus on building long-term client relationships, driving revenue growth, and positioning the organization as a trusted digital transformation partner. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT services sales, account management, and solution-based selling
.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end relationships for strategic enterprise accounts.
• Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and new deal acquisition.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client IT and business goals.
• Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand digital transformation priorities.
• Lead large and complex IT services deals (AI, AMS, digital, cloud, data, infrastructure)
• Collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and solution teams to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor account performance, SLAs, and client satisfaction metrics.
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial discussions
• Identify new opportunities in areas like cloud migration, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and digital engineering Required Skills & Qualifications.
• 8+ years of experience in IT services industry with strong account management Experience• Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise/strategic accounts
• Experience in selling IT services such as application development, cloud, infrastructure, or digital solutions.
• Strong consultative selling and client engagement skills.
• Ability to engage and influence CXO-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of IT services delivery models and governance.
