  • Identify and negotiate with suppliers to optimise cost, quality, and delivery terms
  • Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive advantage
  • Oversee procurement operations while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges
  • Manage contracts and build long-term relationships with key suppliers
  • Analyse procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure timely and efficient sourcing of materials to support production needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Strategic CAPEX Sourcing Manager should have:

  • A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in procurement and sourcing within the industry
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of supplier management and contract negotiation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in optimising procurement processes and achieving cost efficiencies
