About the Role
The Partner Development Specialist (PDS) is responsible for driving product adoption, mindshare, and market share through Worksoft's strategic partner ecosystem. This is a highly partner-facing role focused on building and scaling partner capabilities, executing joint go-to-market strategies, enabling partner-led demand generation, and strengthening long-term strategic alliances. The role works closely with internal Marketing, Enablement, Sales, and Product teams to accelerate partner-driven growth in the DevOps and Test Automation space
Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for all partner-related initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Practice leaders
- Presales teams
- Delivery leaders
- Sales leadership within partner organizations
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners, accelerating partner-led growth
Partner Enablement & GTM Execution
- Onboard new partners and execute mutually agreed go-to-market plans
- Establish operating cadence including:
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Regular cadence and planning calls
- Lead charter for joint demand-generation and sales plays
- Support opportunity execution and partner-led deal progression
Community & Center of Excellence (CoE) Development
- Lead the creation of a partner community of trained Worksoft practitioners
- Spearhead efforts to build Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within partner organizations
- Enable partners to develop accelerators, demos, and solution frameworks
Product, Feedback & Integration Support
- Support partner demo centers with Worksoft platform integration
- Act as liaison between partners and Worksoft Product and Engineering teams
- Provide structured feedback and insights to influence:
- Product enhancements
- Feature prioritization
- Partner and customer success outcomes
Partner Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to:
- Plan and execute partner events
- Run webinars, hackathons, and workshops
- Develop joint marketing collateral
- Represent Worksoft at partner events and conferences as a technical and industry thought leader
RFI / RFP & Sales Support
- Assist and guide partners in responding to RFIs and RFPs
- Support joint solution positioning and proposal development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in: Partner Development, Business Development, Market Development, Alliances or client-facing enterprise roles
- Proven experience working with: Strategic partners, System integrators, Consulting firms
- Strong background in DevOps and Test Automation ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain senior-level partner relationships
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a collaborative mindset
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of enterprise DevOps and Test Automation partner landscapes
- Experience enabling partner-led GTM motions and CoE models
- Exposure to enterprise software platforms such as SAP and Oracle
- Experience influencing product strategy through partner feedback
