Strategic Alliances (Oracle, Salesforce & NetSuite)1

As Senior Lead – Strategic Alliances (Oracle, Salesforce & NetSuite), you will own the development, execution, and measurement of joint go-to-market alliance strategies across these critical ecosystems. You will be accountable for accelerating partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, enabling internal teams with partner-aligned plays, and elevating Jade Global's market presence alongside key technology partners. This is a senior strategic role with leadership visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and budgetary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alliance Planning & GTM Execution
  • Develop and own comprehensive alliance strategy, frameworks, and annual joint business plans with Oracle, Salesforce, and NetSuite aligned with Jade's core solutions (Cloud, AI, ERP, integration & transformation).
  • Lead co-developed go-to-market (GTM) plans that resonate with shared target markets, customer segments, and business outcomes.
  • Define and track measurable alliance KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue influence, executive engagement, and market visibility.

Outcomes/KPIs:

  • Joint business plans and scorecards implemented each quarter
  • Partner-influenced pipeline targets achieved
  • Defined revenue contribution attributed to alliance activities
  • Partner Relationship & Ecosystem Leadership
  • Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with alliance leaders and field teams at Oracle, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
  • Represent Jade in partner councils, strategic planning sessions, and joint leadership reviews.
  • Ensure strong alignment on joint priorities, funding opportunities, and marketplace positioning.

  • Executive touchpoints and strategic collaboration forums established
  • Joint Demand Generation & Campaigns
  • Lead planning and execution of co-branded campaigns, digital activations, webinars, industry events, and field marketing initiatives to drive demand and shorten sales cycles.
  • Coordinate partner-coordinated content creation, thought leadership pieces, customer success story development, and shared promotions.

Outcomes/KPIs:

  • Leads and pipeline generated via joint campaigns
  • Metrics on campaign engagement and conversion
  • Share of voice improvement in target markets
  • Enablement & Internal Alignment
  • Equip internal teams (sales, marketing, presales, delivery) with partner-specific playbooks, sell-with strategies, competitive differentiators, and solution messaging.
  • Facilitate partner training, certification awareness, and ecosystem education programs.

  • Sales adoption of partner plays
  • Reduced sales cycle times for joint opportunities
  • Increased partner competency within internal GTM teams
  • Measurement, Reporting & Governance
  • Define meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and performance governance processes for strategic alliances.
  • Provide regular alliance business reviews to leadership with metrics tied to outcomes and strategic impact.

  • A robust alliance operating model deployed across Oracle, Salesforce, and NetSuite ecosystems.
  • Consistent, measurable partner-influenced pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Increased executive visibility and strong alignment with partner leadership.
  • Scalable joint campaigns and GTM frameworks producing repeatable results.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in strategic alliances, partner management, ecosystem leadership, or business development in technology sectors.
  • Proven experience with Oracle, Salesforce and NetSuite ecosystems, driving measurable co-sell and joint GTM outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to define and measure strategic KPIs, build dashboards, analyze performance, and present insights to leadership.
  • Excellent communicator with executive presence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with enterprise Cloud and digital transformation, ERP, or SaaS partner ecosystems.
  • Experience in joint campaign planning, demand generation with partner co-funding models, and partner marketing incentive structures.
  • Familiarity with partner incentive and investment frameworks, partner portals and shared collaboration tools.
