Job Description:
Responsibilities:
· Develops and leads OEM partner strategy.
· Work as a liaison between the OEM and the organization to develop a clear understanding of the customer needs and desired business outcomes.
· Align a go-to-market strategy that is beneficial to all parties
· Strong understanding of OEM monthly, quarterly and annual goals and be able to articulate and translate those to a winning strategy within the organization.
· Drive ADOPTION and position the Product, Solutions and Services offerings throughout all stages of the sales cycle (planning, building, closing and managing)
· Expansion of the current OEM solution sales by obtaining relationships with key stakeholders at OEM.
· Perform in response to KPIs established to drive ROI from the OEM partnership
· Function as an OEM strategic advisor to the entire sales organization
Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience working within System Integration or Distributor
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment with specific sales targets and goals
· Efficient time management skills
· Established knowledge of and experience with the OEM sales leadership team
· Skilled in setting, managing and delivering against customer and partner expectations
· Must be able to excel within a team and as an individual contributor
