Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Alliance & Relationship Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships, drive B2B lead generation, and expand business opportunities in the Supply Chain Finance and Invoice Discounting segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage strategic alliance partners including corporates, channel partners, and ecosystem stakeholders

Generate qualified B2B leads for Supply Chain Finance and Invoice Discounting products

Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, CFOs, finance heads, and key decision-makers

Drive partner-led revenue growth and ensure effective collaboration for deal closures

Work closely with internal sales, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

Track alliance performance, business pipeline, and revenue metrics

Represent the company in partner meetings, industry events, and networking forums

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic alliances, or relationship management

Prior exposure to Supply Chain Finance, Invoice Discounting, NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services is preferred

Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and partnership models

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Target-oriented with a proactive and ownership-driven approach

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in managing channel partners or alliance-driven sales

Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Strong analytical and reporting skills
