About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Strategic Alliance Gifting Head to lead business expansion through strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and corporate gifting alliances. The role requires building strong relationships with corporates, institutions, HR leaders, procurement teams, and channel partners to drive high-value gifting revenue across India.
This leadership role is ideal for someone with strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and deep understanding of the gifting ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alliances & Partnerships (50%)
- Identify, develop, and onboard strategic alliance partners to expand business reach.
- Build partnerships with corporates, event agencies, HR firms, employee engagement platforms, and procurement networks.
- Develop co-branded gifting opportunities with premium brands and lifestyle companies.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and long-term partnership agreements.
- Drive seasonal partnerships for festive gifting campaigns, employee rewards, and client gifting.
Corporate Sales & Revenue Growth (35%)
- Own and drive B2B gifting revenue targets across enterprise accounts.
- Acquire new corporate clients for bulk gifting requirements.
- Manage key accounts and build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Procurement Heads, and Founders.
- Design customized gifting solutions based on client needs and budgets.
- Lead proposal creation, presentations, and commercial closures.
Brand Growth & Market Expansion (15%)
- Explore new channels for institutional gifting and strategic sales.
- Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, launches, and festive promotions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences.
- Build brand visibility through collaborations, networking forums, and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, corporate sales, key account management, or gifting business.
- Strong network across corporate HR, Admin, Procurement, Events, and Startup ecosystems.
- Proven track record of achieving high-value B2B sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial understanding and execution mindset.
- Experience in gifting, retail, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium products preferred.
