Role Summary

Daneen Biotherapeutics is building India's first integrated Cell & Gene Therapy (CGT) enablement platform — spanning regulated logistics, hospital empanelment, therapy coordination, and ecosystem orchestration. We are seeking strategic Advisors who can guide our strategic, operational, and ecosystem expansion as we scale across India and the GCC.

This is a high‑influence, non-operational role for senior leaders who want to shape the future of advanced therapies in India without day‑to‑day execution responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Guidance
• Advise the Founder & CEO on company strategy, market expansion, and ecosystem positioning.
• Support decision-making on CGT partnerships, hospital onboarding, and regulatory pathways.
• Provide insights on scaling operations, compliance, and commercial models.
• Industry & Network Support
• Facilitate introductions to hospitals, therapy developers, investors, regulators, and ecosystem partners.
• Strengthen Daneen Bio's presence in India and GCC healthcare networks.
• Support strategic collaborations with CGT companies, CROs, and logistics partners.
• Governance & Risk Oversight
• Guide compliance frameworks (CDSCO, ICMR, GMP, GCP).
• Advise on operational risk, quality systems, and patient‑safety protocols.
• Support board‑level thinking as the company scales.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations
• Provide strategic input on fundraising strategy, investor targeting, and capital planning.
• Help refine messaging for institutional investors, family offices, and GCC healthcare funds.

Ideal Profile

You are a senior leader with deep experience in one or more of the following:

• Cell & Gene Therapy, biologics, oncology, immunotherapy
• Hospital operations, clinical pathways, or regulated logistics
• Pharma/biotech leadership
• GCC healthcare ecosystem
• Venture building, governance, or investor relations

You bring:

• A strong network across hospitals, biotech, regulators, or investors
• Ability to guide high‑stakes decisions in complex environments
• Strategic clarity, operational wisdom, and ecosystem perspective
• A genuine interest in building India's CGT infrastructure

Engagement Model

• Advisory role (non-operational)
