About the Role

ZingHR is looking for a Strategic Accounts Executive – Payroll to manage payroll operations, client relationships and service delivery while ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely resolution of payroll-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations and client deliverables.
• Handle client SPOCs, employee queries and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and other statutory requirements.
• Manage payroll MIS, F&F, taxation and salary processing.
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely payroll closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Payroll, HCM, HRMS or Payroll Outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll, taxation and statutory compliances.
• Experience in client servicing, account management or service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS and MS Excel.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidates comfortable working on-site in Mumbai.
