About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow client accounts across contingent and permanent staffing services (IT/Non-IT). This role requires strong stakeholder management, revenue ownership, and the ability to drive hiring outcomes by working closely with both clients and internal Talent Acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client relationships as the primary point of contact for staffing engagements
  • Drive revenue growth through account mining, demand generation, and opportunity conversion
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to ensure timely, quality-driven candidate delivery
  • Understand client hiring needs and translate them into actionable recruitment strategies
  • Track and manage the hiring pipeline (submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding) to ensure closures
  • Conduct regular client reviews and maintain high levels of stakeholder engagement and satisfaction
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, process compliance, and accurate reporting through internal systems
  • Proactively address challenges, drive escalations to closure, and ensure seamless delivery

Eligibility Criteria

  • 3-6 years of experience in staffing (contingent and/or permanent hiring)
  • Experience in managing client accounts and delivering against hiring/revenue targets
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools/ATS and reporting mechanisms
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Excel, reporting/metrics & dashboard.
  • Bachelor's degree
