Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for fintech clients, including brand positioning, campaign strategy, and communication frameworks
  • Translate complex financial products into clear, compelling narratives for target audiences
  • Conduct consumer research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking within the fintech space
  • Develop integrated campaign strategies across digital, social, and performance channels
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity of communication and alignment on objectives
  • Own client relationships on key accounts, with a strong focus on responsiveness, trust-building, and long-term partnerships
  • Take complete ownership of briefing, ensuring briefs are sharp, insight-led, and actionable for internal teams
  • Drive projects end-to-end by managing timelines, deliverables, and quality of output
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and performance teams to get high-quality work delivered on time
  • Ensure all outputs are strategically sound and aligned with client expectations
  • Drive revenue growth across accounts by identifying opportunities to scale campaigns and improve performance
  • Proactively identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services (media, creative, tech, performance)
  • Work with internal and client stakeholders to expand scope of work and unlock new business opportunities
  • Contribute to new business pitches, strategic proposals, and presentations
  • Drive thought leadership in fintech trends, user behavior, and digital innovation
  • Mentor junior team members and strengthen overall planning and servicing capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in account planner, or a related role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proactivity: Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attitude: Results-driven, client-focused, and a team player.
