Job Description

Qualifying Criteria

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Radiography, Biomedical Knowledge, or similar technical fields) with 4-5 years of proven sales experience OR Master's degree (MBA, PGDM, or equivalent) with 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Achieving annual sales revenue targets through the rigorous application of the Allengers Clinical & Commercial Universal Response Excellence strategy, ensuring complete accountability to business goals.
  • Leveraging your background as a technologist or a radiographer to demonstrate the clinical superiority and radiation safety of our existing installation base.
  • Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales with utmost accuracy to support our massive Chandigarh-based manufacturing supply chain.
  • Managing sales stock to prevent aging and ensure seamless billing in alignment with our operational standards.
  • Utilizing Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Power Automate, and other permitted AI tools to produce periodic reports for resource planning, analyzing financial acumen, and driving regional growth.
  • Maintaining professional synergy with reporting managers and peers across different functional areas to support other branches if need be.
  • Properly updating the CRM for activities, task, events, and customer data to manage long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.

Additionally, the assigned location may be changed at later stage basis on the organization business requirement, however, relocation allowance in case transfer shall be applicable as per our standard HR policy.

The candidate will be posted for an initial 3-month immersion at the Chandigarh headquarters. This period involves day-to-day training on the Allengers business processes, in-depth product knowledge, and on-job hand-holding by senior team members within our head office and for few days at 100,000 square meter innovation ecosystem before moving to their base location.
