Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project, Account & Integration Manager to oversee strategic US-based enterprise accounts. This role combines project and account management with a strong focus on leading product integration efforts—ensuring our solutions are successfully deployed and delivering maximum value for our customers.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale client projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope execution—including product integrations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, coordinating cross-functional internal/external teams.
- Apply established project management methodologies (PMO, Agile, Lean, etc.) and tools for structured execution.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks/issues, control scope, and manage change processes.
- Prepare regular status updates, present project progress to customers and leadership teams.
Product Integration
- Take ownership of product integration work for enterprise clients, from planning through go-live, ensuring seamless deployment of all solution components.
- Collaborate with clients and technical teams to define integration requirements and success criteria.
- Oversee the design, customization, configuration, and deployment of product integrations, acting as the liaison between client technical teams and internal product/engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, coordinating root cause analysis and implementing lasting solutions.
- Ensure all product integrations meet customer needs, compliance standards, and performance expectations.
- Lead user acceptance testing and client enablement for integrated solutions, ensuring successful adoption and usage.
Account Management & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for US-based enterprise customers, developing deep relationships with key stakeholders.
- Own and manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, crafting and executing account growth strategies.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within existing accounts, consistently meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
- Conduct regular business reviews, deliver performance reports, and recommend strategic solutions—driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Gather, communicate, and act on client feedback to improve service delivery and inform product enhancements.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical, sales, support, and integration resources to deliver value to enterprise clients.
- Drive accountability, provide coaching/mentorship, and foster collaboration within project and integration teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security, and quality controls, as well as contractual obligations.
Market & Industry Awareness
- Stay informed about market trends, customer business environments, and competitive landscapes relevant to client accounts.
- Leverage industry knowledge to propose innovative solutions and best practices—including integration trends—tailored for US enterprises.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise project management and/or account management, including direct experience with product software or SaaS integrations for US clients.
- Proven track record of growing large, complex accounts, successfully delivering enterprise-grade projects, and handling product integrations.
- Strong understanding of integration standards, APIs, enterprise platforms, and deployment processes.
- Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent client relationship, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, technical, and leadership skills.
- Experience working with cross-cultural and international teams; familiarity with US business practices preferred.
- Industry experience in technology, SaaS, enterprise software, or consulting is highly valued.
