STP Supervisor

Supervise the daily operation of the Sewage Treatment Plant to ensure efficient wastewater treatment.

Monitor treatment processes and maintain parameters such as pH, BOD, COD, and TSS within permissible limits.

Ensure proper functioning of plant equipment including pumps, blowers, aerators, and filtration systems.

Oversee routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of STP machinery and systems.

Supervise plant operators and maintenance staff, assigning tasks and ensuring work efficiency.

Maintain daily operational logs, treatment records, and performance reports.

Ensure treated water meets environmental standards set by regulatory authorities.

Monitor and control chemical dosing and safe handling of treatment chemicals.

Implement safety procedures and ensure staff follow PPE and workplace safety guidelines.

Coordinate with management and environmental authorities during inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
