Job Title: Stores In-Charge

Department: Stores / Warehouse

Reports To: Production / Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily inward, outward, issue, and return of materials.
• Verify incoming materials against PO, challan, and invoice.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP and Excel.
• Monitor stock levels and raise requirements for reordering.
• Issue materials to Production and Project teams as required.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and warehouse housekeeping.
• Prepare GRN, material issue notes, dispatch documents, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Projects, Quality, and Accounts teams.
• Ensure proper documentation, material safety, and inventory control.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in stores/inventory, preferably in manufacturing.
• ERP and MS Excel knowledge.
• Good communication, coordination, and record-keeping skills.
• Knowledge of engineering materials is an advantage.
