Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Stores Incharge to take full ownership of stores and inventory operations at our main factory. This is a hands-on role focused on bringing structure, discipline, and visibility to material movement and stock management.

You will play a key role in implementing our ERP system (SAP Business One) and building robust processes for day-to-day inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate stock records for all inward and outward material

  • Manage tagging, binning, and physical arrangement of material in stores

  • Issue material to production as per indents and update records in ERP

  • Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, and Production teams for material planning

  • Prepare GRNs, handle rejections, and manage return processes

  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs system stock

  • Define and maintain reorder levels, safety stock, and inventory master data

  • Lead store discipline, 5S, and proper documentation practices




Requirements

  • 58 years of experience in a stores or inventory role in a manufacturing company

  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred)

  • Familiar with fabrication items, hardware, consumables, and BOM structures

  • Proficient in Excel and basic stock reconciliation practices

  • Reliable, process-driven, and physically hands-on
