Stores Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage material receipt, storage, and issuance activities

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation

Process GRNs, material issue notes, and store documentation

Ensure timely material availability for production requirements

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams

Update inventory transactions in ERP/SAP system

Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification

Implement FIFO practices and maintain 5S standards in stores

3-5 years of experience in Stores & Inventory Management

Experience in Machine Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, or Industrial Equipment Industry preferred

Knowledge of ERP/SAP and Inventory Control Systems

Strong understanding of BOM, material planning, and store operations

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Excel
