This role handles raw material, finished goods, and consumables in a corrugated box manufacturing plant. Accuracy and discipline matter more than speed. This is a store and shop-floor coordination role, not a desk job.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving raw materials and checking quantity & identification.
- Support GRN entries and stock updates linked to ERP (Business Central).
- Ensure proper labeling of reels, boards, and finished goods.
- Follow FIFO strictly during material issue to production.
- Assist in issuing material against released production orders.
- Support finished goods receipt and storage.
- Participate in cycle counts and stock verification.
- Maintain storehousekeeping and clear material segregation.
Note
- Stock accuracy and ERP discipline are non-negotiable.
- If material movement is not recorded, it is treated as a mistake.
