STORES CUSTOMER SUPPORT position
work location: MUMBAI
Exp: 2-8 yrs
Responsibilities
Sincere and Hardworking
Experience in Stores, preferably with a company handling imports of goods into India and sale of those goods across India
Should have experience of making invoices
Need to coordinate with all over India coordinator, SE, Manager, RM related daily for INR as well as for USD (ORC).
Stock status need to provide whenever branch coordinator /Mangers/ RM is asked.
Need to check Sale order entries (DIF) with PO & quote.
O/s information emails need to send respective branches.
After checking stock status need to arrange dispatches.
Need to do correspondence with Panvel stores team related INR dispatch.
Every fortnight need to send pending sale order reports to branch with respective RM.
RDC regularise procedure to be follow while invoice is billed for RDC material.
USD Orders need to process with SAP. OF, MS (SQL ID for accessories)
Correspondence need to be done with SAP as well as with respective branch.
Need to keep track & data for USD orders
