- Maintain accurate inventory records for all materials, including high voltage transmission line components
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely material availability
- Manage receiving, storage, and distribution of materials efficiently
Supervision & Team Management
- Lead and train store personnel, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety norms
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance for process improvement
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and store operations issues
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and procurement planning
Collaboration & Vendor Coordination
- Work with engineering and project management teams to understand material requirements
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement, quality assurance, and timely delivery
