KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and maintain customer service standards and brand experience
- Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Manage stock levels, replenishment and coordinate with logistics and supply chain
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure issue-tracking and follow up
- Supervise daily store operations: opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, merchandising, visual presentation
- Foster a positive work culture and maintain a safe, clean, and attractive store environment
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Retail Management or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of local regulations or willingness to learn.
- Willingness to relocate to Singapore and work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and adapt quickly to change.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
