Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Store Stylist. The Store Stylist will assist customers by providing expert styling advice, ensuring they have a positive and personalized shopping experience, and building strong relationships with them. Responsibilities include merchandise management, maintaining the store's aesthetic, handling fittings, and keeping up-to-date with fashion trends to offer suggestions that complement customer preferences. The Store Stylist will also contribute to achieving store goals by ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong fashion knowledge and styling skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in retail sales, visual merchandising, or related roles is beneficial.
• Well-versed in current fashion trends and understanding of ethnic wear styling.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Prior experience with luxury or boutique retail brands is an added advantage.
