Key Responsibilities
* Handle day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
* Achieve monthly sales targets and drive store revenue
* Assist customers (pet parents) with the right product selection (food, treats, toys, grooming)
* Upsell and cross-sell to increase average billing value
* Maintain excellent customer service and build repeat customers
* Manage inventory, stock levels, and product displays
* Ensure store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards
* Supervise and guide store staff (if applicable)
* Coordinate with grooming/spa team for customer appointments

Requirements
* 1–4 years of experience in retail sales (pet store experience is a plus)
* Strong communication and customer handling skills
* Basic understanding of sales and targets
* Comfortable with billing, POS systems, and inventory management
* Willing to work on weekends and peak retail hours
* Interest in pets and willingness to learn about pet products
