About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clothing store in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail management, team handling, and delivering an excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations efficiently.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.

• Achieve store sales targets and drive business growth.

• Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising.

• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual displays.

• Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Leader in retail (preferably clothing/fashion).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and customer handling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.

• Target-oriented with problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
