Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Store Sales Executive - Jewelry, based in R.S.PURAM Coimbatore. The role involves assisting customers in the selection of jewelry, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining product knowledge. Key daily responsibilities include managing in-store displays, handling inventory, processing sales transactions, and building lasting relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in jewelry sales is appreciated.
• Exceptional sales, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide tailored product recommendations
• Experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Keen attention to detail and a strong interest in jewelry design and trends
• Effective time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or retail are a plus
• Knowledge of local and regional languages (specific to Coimbatore) is an advantage
• Weekends will be mandatory working

Salary

• Starting salary from Rs.16,500 to Rs.20,000
• Monthly One Day Paid Leave
