Job Description

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations. The role requires a customer-first mindset, product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients to drive sales and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Engagement
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customer decisions confidently.
Store Operations
  • Ensure products are well displayed, priced, and stocked at all times.
  • Manage billing, cash handling, and POS transactions accurately.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing in line with brand standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Store Manager.
  • Assist in store opening and closing duties, including daily sales reporting.
Customer Experience & Relationship Building
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers.
  • Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and engaging in-store atmosphere.
Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support in-store events, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and share insights on customer preferences and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Education:Graduate / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:13 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, furniture, or luxury retail.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach with a pleasant personality.
  • Good understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software, MS Excel).
