Store Manger

Core Responsibilities

• Sales & Targets: Drive sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets, and educate customers on high-value and high-margin Sleepwell products.
• Customer Service: Assist walk-in customers in selecting the right mattresses or sleep accessories based on their ergonomic needs and budgets.
• Visual Merchandising: Execute Sleepwell's in-shop branding, signage, and display guidelines to maximize brand visibility.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, maintain inventory records, and coordinate reordering to prevent out-of-stock items.
• Team Leadership: Train, manage, and motivate retail sales executives to ensure in-depth product knowledge.
• Store Operations: Manage daily opening/closing procedures, handle customer queries and complaints, and maintain daily sales reports.
