Summary of Position:
The Store Manager role exists to drive store profitability, lead the team, and interact with key customers to ensure strong brand experience and revenue growth. The primary objective is to achieve store targets while maintaining governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Own and deliver overall store revenue and profitability targets.
· Interact with customers, especially high-value or escalated cases, to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Lead, coach, and develop the store sales team.
· Monitor sales KPIs, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics.
· Ensure strict adherence to pricing governance, billing processes, and company policies.
· Drive local marketing initiatives to increase walk-ins.
· Oversee inventory coordination and display standards.
· Submit accurate business reports and forecasts to leadership.
Experience:
· 5–8+ years in Furniture
· Experience managing store-level revenue and teams
Education:
· Graduate (Mandatory)
· MBA in Retail / Sales Management (Preferred)
