We're Hiring: Store Manager
VV Silver Palace Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and growth-oriented Store Manager to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of daily store operations, manage the team, support sales, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure a smooth workflow across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and guide the store and sales team
• Support customer handling and sales growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers
• Ensure smooth daily workflow, coordination, and reporting
• Maintain discipline, follow-ups, and operational efficiency
• Use technology and systems to improve work management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• MBA preferred
• Experience in retail, wholesale, jewellery, luxury products, or store operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Tech-friendly and organized
• Customer-focused, responsible, and solution-oriented
