Shift: Day Shift – Rotational
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
About The Role
We are looking for experienced and dynamic Store Managers / Assistant Store
Managers with a strong background in apparel, fashion, lifestyle or retail
operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, strong sales acumen, and the ability to manage store operations, achieve targets and lead a retail team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
- Lead, motivate and manage the store team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor store KPIs, conversion, average bill value and team productivity.
- Manage inventory, stock movement, replenishment and stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ensure implementation of company policies, SOPs and operational standards.
- Maintain store discipline and overall store hygiene.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Retail Manager.
- Experience in apparel, fashion, lifestyle or branded retail is preferred.
- Strong sales and target-achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Good personality and professional presentation.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales KPIs and inventory management.
- Comfortable working in rotational day shifts, including weekends and holidays as per the store roster.
- Vizag candidates must be able to communicate in the local language.
